An audience can expect to find out all about mustards from across the world and have a unique opportunity to taste mustard if they would like to. A spicy, tangy theatrical experience full of warmth, heart and soul. Created by writer and theatre-marker John Osborne and based on his episode of Radio 4's Food Programme broadcast in September 2025, where he looked at the origins of Colman's Mustard.
