Teddy(Jesse Plemons), a beekeeper incensed by the dwindling honeybee population, immerses himself in conspiracy theories. Together with his cousin, he sets out to kidnap the high-powered CEO of a major company (a chillingly ruthless Emma Stone), convinced that she is an alien intent on destroying planet Earth. An inspired take on Jang Joon-hwan’s 2003 South Korean satire Save the Green Planet!, events unfold with surprising, sometimes shocking results. Expect absurd, inventive,sometimes violent black comedy, some very strong language and a bold finale.
