Flicks Advisor (comments from our film promoters)

The film had been beautifully restored, with all the strong colours brought back to life. The musical rendition of the story takes a few minutes to get accustomed to, but the pleasant tenor voices of the male actors and an unexpected dramatic expression in the female voices, made for comfortable viewing. The music itself followed themes, with the main song arriving at a most poignant moment. Even the most unmusical among us enjoyed it and commented on the interesting social and political backdrop of the film.
